To hold your seat at the retreat you will be charged a $500 nonrefundable deposit with registration. We will automatically charge the balance to the same card on October 10, 2025. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds are available on the balance due payments once completed on October 10, 2025. If you cancel after October 10, 2025 you are welcome to sell or gift your seat to someone else. And, if we have a waiting list for the retreat, we are happy to let those individuals know of the available seat. If we are able to fill your seat we will then reimburse your balance due payment.
